Short communications are not longer accepted in this Journal. We are considering only regular original papers. Reviews are not published, except those prepared at the special request of the Editorial Board.

- Announcement: Starting 1st of August, 2019 papers should be transmitted with a COVER LETTER having the following Template.

- Announcement: Authors of papers sent before 31st of July 2018 (last year) and not yet processed should reconfirm the originality of their paper by re-transmitting it with a cover letter having the same Template.
