ABSTRACT: Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain are among the most computationally demanding domains. They request tremendously powerful computation engines capable to deliverfast, cheap and energy awaresolutions. Thesetwotechnologicaldomainsprovidethe safe computational environment for making intelligent decisions related to complex issues. Here we present the functional aspects and the structural and architectural requirements best suited for implementing the technological environment which allows an emerging safe & intelligent world – a world dominated by technologically assisted consensual decisions and self-enforced regulations. Finally, we assert the improvements required from the emerging nano-technologies.
