Abstract.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate PS morphology and composition in order to establish the most suitable preparation conditions for light and electron emission. The electroluminescence properties were determined by liquid contact during anodic oxidation of PS. Some technological details on light emission devices (LEDs) and field emission devices (FEDs) will be described.
